Pack Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
